Custom Cakes

Olivia uses seasonal and local produce, flowers and herbs as well as ethically sourced spices and freshly milled flours. Fermented and preserved ingredients will also find a way to be present. She focuses on natural flavor affinities, gravitating towards surprising combinations presented in classic cake form. Cake layers are comprised using a variety of swiss meringue buttercream, homemade jam or curd, and mousse or whip cream for a balance of lightness and richness but remain structurally sound.
